| Abstract: | Now the network offense is spreading, it has many differences with the traditional crime. However, much of conditioned factors exist in dealing with network offense. It's a difficult and complicated work, and it needs a long time to defeat the network offense. so it muse be managed with the other work, in order to tackle it on the surface and at the root. |
