| 摘 要： | 中国正处于社会转型的关键时期,变革是其主要特点,而变革必然导致一系列的矛盾冲突,其中就包括制度的冲突。就农村土地制度冲突而言,土地所有制是农村土地制度冲突的症结,土地流转制是农村土地制度冲突的表征,而土地股份制是解决农村土地制度冲突的有效途径之一。
