试论我国宪法保障人权价值的实现

宪法与保障人权之间存在着不可分割的联系,我国现行宪法在保障人权方面取得了相当的成就,但同时也存在着一些问题。在当前政治、经济、法治条件皆为有利的条件下,针对这些不足,提出了实现我国宪法保障人权价值的三条途径:更新宪法观念;建构宪政立法;健全宪法保障制度。
