| 摘 要： | 科学发展观追求的是“合理的发展”，关注的是发展的意义，即“为了什么发展”和“什么样的发展才是好的发展”这一发展的核心问题。科学发展观的价值向度表现为：科学发展观体现了发展的公正尺度，体现了发展的价值尺度，还体现了发展的道义尺度和生态尺度。
