公安创新教育中教师作用的研究

目前 ,公安教育面临一个重大转折 ,“以学术立校 ,以教师为本 ,以育人创牌”将成为公安教育在竞争中立足的根本。办好学校关键是教师 ,教师素质是影响教学质量的最重要因素。因此 ,笔者对现代教学模式中教师角色的转变与教师角色定位、激发学生学习兴趣等方面进行探讨 ,旨在为深化教学改革的教师们提供一些参考。

Research on the Role Teachers Play in Creative Education of Public Security

Public security education is facing a vital turning point now. It will be crucial point to take academic research as column, teachers as resources and high quality students as good fame in the competition. To run a good academy, teachers are the most important factor which influences the quality of teaching greatly. Therefore, the author will deal with the role change, orientation of teachers and ways of stimulating students in an effort to give teachers some references.
