论技术的反生态性及其出路

在严重的生态危机背景下,技术的反生态性致使其常常被指责为生态危机的罪魁祸首。技术的反生态性,不仅仅存在于技术本身,更深层的原因应在于其背后价值观的指导和人性伦理的反生态性。我们该如何运用技术？显然应以遵循大自然为总则,分别从技术选择、科学价值指导和人性伦理的复归三个方面着手回归自然。在我国,科学发展观的指导,技术内部评审机制和外部支撑机制的呼应,为技术生态化的制度性建构描绘了一幅蓝图。

On Anti-ecological Feature of Technology and its Way Out

Under the background of serious ecological crisis, technology is often blamed for being the chief cul-prit of ecological crisis due to its anti-ecological feature which not only exists in the technology itself, but also lies in its guiding value and the alienation of human nature. How can we use technology？ Following the principle of na- ture should be the general guidelines. Specifically, we should select technology, establish scientific value guidance and reset human ethics. In China, a blueprint can be made, under the guidance of the scientific outlook on develop-ment, with the construction of internal technical review mechanism and external support mechanisms.
