On Civil Liability of Injury Caused by Sports on University Campus

In recent years, there are many disputes about civil and criminal liability relating to injuries by sports on university campus, which have aroused wide public concern. Actively preventing and well caused dealing with such injuries mentioned above are very important to the protection of university students and a peaceful and harmonious life on university campus. The management level of higher education institutions and the legal system of our country have been tested as well. When researching on injury＇ s liability caused by sports on uni- versity campus, we must take many factors into consideration, such as the liability of university and the liability of third party, the victim＇ s fault and the principle of justice. This article focuses on the types and characteris-tics of such disputes above from civil law aspect and concludes the liability dividing rules between subjects of liability in such disputes.
