党的十八大报告提出,要着力解决人民群众反映强烈的突出问题,提高做好新形势下群众工作的能力。这对我们在新形势下加强和改进党的群众工作、提高党的群众工作科学化水平提出了新的要求。文章从阐述新形势下做好群众工作重要性人手,着重分析了当前做群众工作面临的问题和挑战以及群众工作的重点和难点,对新形势下做好群众工作的方法做了一些探讨。

Thinking on Mass Work under New Circumstances

It was put forward in the Report on the 18th National Congress of the CPC that it was necessary to resolve the outstanding issues strongly reflected by the people and to improve the Mass Work in the new circum- stances. This raises the new claims concerning the improvement of the scientification of the Mass Work. Having ana-lyzed the significance of such work, this article analyzes the problems, challenges and difficulties in the relevant field, with an exploration on the methods of such work in the new era.
