| 摘 要： | 合理确定国有企业经营者的薪酬是非常重要的。文章从我国国有企业经营者薪酬的现状出发，剖析了产生这种现状的几点主要原因。在此基础上，文章提出了解决国有企业经营薪酬问题的若干对策。
