| 摘 要： | 通过参与式观察、深度访谈等方法对北京市儿童福利院院内家庭养护模式进行的初步研究发现,福利院内家庭养护模式以人格发展理论、社会心理发展理论等为理论依据,能够回应儿童福利机构的孤残儿童送养需求和残疾儿童养护的特殊需求,搭建了孤残儿童领养家庭与机构之间的桥梁,增进了儿童家庭生活适应能力,满足了孤残儿童机构康复治疗与家庭生活体验的需求,从而构建了养护家庭整合的支持系统。

| Abstract: | Through participant observation and deep interview,the preliminary research on family-care model in Beijing Children Welfare Institute has shown that on the basis of personality development theory and social psychological development theory the model can meet the requirements of nurturing abandoned children in the institutes,bridge the gap between families with abandoned children and the relevant institutes,strength their abilities to adapt family life and satisfy their needs both for recovery therapy in institutes and for family life experience.So the supporting system of family-care integration has been constructed. |
