| 摘 要： | 自首制度在我国有着悠久的历史,是我国刑法中的一项重要量刑制度。随着我国法律制度的不断健全,以及司法实践的不断变化,自首制度的内涵和形式也得到不断完善。为充分发挥自首制度的作用,并为判断自首提供重要参考,必须分析研究并准确把握自首中的如实供述自己罪行。

| Abstract: | With a long history in our country, the surrender system is one of the important parts of sentencing system of the criminal law. As China＇s legal system constantly improved, and the judicial practice constantly changed, its connotation and forms has also been continuously improved. In order to make full use of the system, and provide an important reference for determining surrender, we must analyze and accurately grasp the truly confessing crimes. |
