| 摘 要： | 在系列案件发案的时间上,个体犯罪动机的发生呈现周期性的变化特点。犯罪动机的周期性变化表现了犯罪个体不良需要的满足、变化趋势,是犯罪心理发展起伏性的表现。犯罪动机的周期性是犯罪心理发展的共性特征,在不同犯罪个体身上,又有鲜明的个性表现。对犯罪动机周期性规律的进一步揭示,可以对犯罪心理的变化、犯罪行为的发生有更深入的了解,尤其是在研究个体的系列犯罪时,有更多的参考指标。

| Abstract: | We have learned that individual crime motive takes on a periodical nature through investigation on the time of serial crimes,which reveals the criminal's evil needs and its variable tendency,and identifies the fluctuation of criminal psychological development.The periodicity of crime motive is a common characteristic of criminal psychological development,which takes on a distinct individual feature.Further research on the periodicity can help us have a deeper understanding of crimes and criminal psychological variability,can provide more reference index on individual serial crimes,and can provide reference for predicting,preventing,and disclosing crimes. |
