| Abstract: | Currently, criminal case of kidnapping for ransom shows some new characteristics. When the criminals commit this kind of offence, they use many kinds of counter reconnaissance. Thus, enhancing the research of this new characteristics and counter reconnaissance will supply the guarantee in investigating this kind of criminal case. |
