| 摘 要： | 进入20世纪九十年代以来,各国贸易政策中的政治化因素进一步加大,既有国内利益集团及政党政治家的需要,也有国际方面国家政治经济安全、国家地位和对外目标上的考虑。而这对WTO多边贸易体系的进程也产生了影响。
