发展和谐劳动关系推进和谐社会建设

党的十六届六中全会把构建社会主义和谐社会摆在了更加突出的地位,并为工人阶级在构建社会主义和谐社会中充分发挥主力军作用指明了方向,提出了新的要求。工会在发展和谐劳动关系、推进和谐社会建设中,应把切入点和着力点放在建立规范有序、公正合理、互利共赢、和谐稳定的中国特色社会主义新型劳动关系上,团结动员职工群众建功“十一五”;当好主力军,和谐建小康。

Developing Harmonious Labor Relations and Building Harmonious Society

To build socialist harmonious society is decided as one of the important objects of development on the Sixth Plenary Sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party.The Session also pointed out the working class's role as main force of building harmonious society.Trade union should pay attention to build ordered,equitable,rational,mutual benefit and stable socialist new labor relations,so as to hold staff and workers together to contribute to build a harmonious society during the eleventh five-year plan.
