| 摘 要： | 生态智商新理念引起世人关注。本文在阐明其概念、内涵、特点的同时,着重探索在科学发展观指导下,其应用中的根本透明度,量化公式,企业经营者计算产品的生态价格以展开竞争,消费者在卖方转向买方市场中,变被动为主动,作出购买决议,掌握生态环境保护的投票权。与此相应形成立法新理念,在相关法律部门增订或修订法律规范。
