摘    要:一、制定之必要性《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)於2007年6月29曰由十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议通过,自2008年1月1曰起施行。《劳动合同法》作为构建和发展和谐劳动关系的一部重要法律,从起草、审议到公布施行,一直受到社会各界的广泛关注。

Brief Introduction of Regulations on Enforcement of Labor Contract Law

Abstract:At its 28^th session held in Beijing on June 29, 2007, the Standing Committee of the 10^th National People's Congress (NPC) - China's national legislature - adopted the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Labor Contract Law"), which went into effect on January 1, 2008. As the Labor Contract Law is a major law intended for establishing and developing harmonious labor relations, its drafting, review, promulgation and entry into force have all aroused extensive concern from all walks of life in society. Since the entry into force of the Labor Contract Law, employers in China have generally increased their awareness about employment in accordance with law, which in turn has contributed to raising the rate of signing labor contracts.
