浅谈新形势下国有企业安全保卫工作存在的问题及对策

随着我国社会治安形势的日趋复杂以及国有企业本身结构的调整,改革运作不规范,企业保卫部门职能异化,影响企业周边秩序的治安问题大量存在,导致国有企业安全保卫工作的难度加大,任务日趋繁重,因此,应该进一步转变保卫组织的职能,建立和完善企业大保卫机制,依法建制,依制治企,建立一支高素质的保安队伍,加强企业安全保卫工作。

With the complex situation of national social public order and adjustment of enterprises, problems existed in irregular reform and imperfect safe gaurdling,thus,there lies some issues in the area around the enterprises which makes it difficult for supervisors to carry out their duties;so build-up of high-qualified safeguard team by improving its skills and perfecting its mechanism according to law keeps as a necessity at present.
