| 摘 要： | 医源性损伤是指患者的损伤源于诊疗行为,此过程中医疗机构主观上可以有过错或无明显过失。客观上对患者造成的出于治疗目的的符合技术、伦理、法律要求的有限而必要的损伤。近年来,麻醉中的医源性损伤导致的医疗纠纷越来越多,本文主要总结了麻醉过程中易发生医疗纠纷的损伤类型、麻醉引起的医疗纠纷案中麻醉师的医疗行为是否存在过错以及死亡案例中死亡原因的法医学鉴定。

| Abstract: | Iatrogenic injury is a broad term that may be defined as "harm, hurt, damage or impairment resulting from action of medical treatment" . We have several cases about iatrogenic injury associated with anesthesia. The article summarized the characteristics of anesthetic medical tangle, and gave medical analysis on the fault of doctor in such cases. |
