| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会信息化程度的不断提高,计算机网络的迅速普及,计算机犯罪也呈现不断上升的趋势,所造成的社会危害也越来越大。计算机犯罪作为一种高科技的智能型犯罪,其侦破难度大,但仍需坚持传统的侦查方法,结合计算机犯罪自身的特点和规律,进行侦查取证。
