基于顾客价值的企业核心卖点分析

摘    要:企业宣传的核心卖点要突出顾客所看重的核心价值。本文从研究顾客价值内涵出发,探讨了顾客价值与企业核心卖点之间的关系,在此基础上,提出企业卖点的提炼应围绕着顾客价值而展开,目的是寻找顾客的真正价值所在,对企业寻找持久的有竞争力的卖点,提供新的途径。

Abstract:The core point of selling of an enterprise should break through the core values that customers focus on. This paper starts from the study on the intention of customers' values,discusses the relationship between the customers' values and the core point of selling of anenterprise, and then based on these, puts forward that the extraction of the core point of,selling should be highly related to the customers' values and the purpose of these procedures is to find out the true values of customers and advances new method to form the core point of selling of an anenterprise.
