| 摘 要： | 随着“严打整治”斗争的步步深入 ,借助铁路的车站和列车逃窜的犯罪分子也势必增多 ,因而 ,给铁路公安机关充分发挥阵地控制和站车查堵逃犯提供了极大的机遇和严峻的挑战。本文对铁路站车查堵逃犯从有条件查堵和无条件查堵两个方面进行分析和研究 ,并阐述了铁路站车查堵的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepgoing of Severe Attack and Punishment,criminal will escape increaingly with the aid of railway stations and trains,which provides railway police organs with both great chance and challenge.This paper analyses and studies the problem of investigating and intercepting escaped criminals in railway stations and trains from two aspects of conditioned and unconditioned,and states the measures of it. |
