| 摘 要： | 《战国策》作为春秋战国时期记载纵横家策论的集成，其语言辩丽横肆，而论辩语言则是其精华所在，或气势磅礴，或敏锐巧妙，或词锋凌厉，内在气势非常充沛，表现着自信、才华、沉勇。因此，研究《战国策》的论辩技巧，对提高侦查人员讯问能力具有重要作用。《战国策》中常见的论辩技巧有：分析论证、利害对比、类推和委婉语的使用等。
