| Abstract: | As tourism develops rapidly in Guizhou in recent years, problems exist. The implementation of the High-level Tourism Strategy is the key to achieve a better and faster development of the tourism industry in Guizhou. Factors including strategy awareness, industrial cluster construction and policy inclination are crucial to the implementation. |
