| 摘 要： | 党的十七大首次把社会组织放到全面推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设"四位一体"的高度进行全面而系统的论述,明确提出要"加强社会组织建设与管理"。贵阳市委、市政府高度重视社会管理创新,对社会组织培育引导、监督管理提出了很多具有创新意义的措施,贵阳市社会组织建设呈现出蓬勃发展的良好态势。
