抢劫银行犯罪人的特征分析

近年来,抢劫银行案件屡有发生,且成功率不低。究其原因,犯罪分子技术高超,犯罪手段更加职业化是一个重要因素。通过对15起抢劫银行的典型案件进行调查发现,我国抢劫银行犯罪人在个体上具有职业化、反社会心理以及文化、道德水平低等特征;在组织上,犯罪人多结伙作案,甚至形成犯罪集团,具有一定规模,且犯罪集团呈现出向黑社会性质组织发展的趋势。

An Analysis on the Characteristics of Bank Robbers

In recent years,cases of bank robberies frequently happen and their percentage of success is not low. To have an analysis on the reasons,one of the important factors is that the criminals' techniques are excellent and their means are more professional than before. Through investigating 15 typical bank robberies,we get to find that the bank robbers in our country have the characteristics of professionalization,anti-society psychological state and low moral level. With regards to the organization,the criminals mostly commit joint crimes,what's more,they set up criminal organizations at a certain scale,which tend to be developed into organizations with the characteristics of the underworld.
