| 摘 要： | 侦查学与法学领域的其他成熟学科相比,还是一个稚嫩的学科。目前我国侦查学教育存在一些问题,如定位与发展差距、教育发展方向等问题。分析解决这些问题,有利于确立新时期我国侦查学专业课程结构和教学内容的新思路。
