| Abstract: | As China is a country of multi-nationals, the development of ethnic minority regions is comparatively backward due to their locations and the culture conceptions. In order to catch hold of the opportunity of accession to the WTO and expedite the economic development of ethnic minority regions,we should give even more attention to strengthen the ability building of civil servant in ethnic minority regions. |
