| 摘 要： | 治安专业教学从其诞生到现在,与我国的改革开放基本同步,从无到有,从小到大,走过了艰辛曲折的道路。党的十七大提出,高举中国特色社会主义旗帜,深入贯彻科学发展观。科学发展观不但为治安管理工作指明了方向,同时也为治安专业教学确定了理论基础。治安专业教学改革应当紧紧围绕以人为本的教育理念,不断开拓进取,勇于实践,协调发展。
