| 摘 要： | 有效证据推理是在有效证据的基础上,将证据链进行知识或经验概括简约化和还原犯罪客观事实的过程。有效证据推理准确与否,取决于三个方面的因素：一是作为推理根据的已知事实和证据材料是否客观真实;二是推理所依据的科学原理和侦查经验是否合适与可靠;三是侦查人员是否遵循了正确的逻辑思维规则。任何一个方面出了问题,都可能导致侦查推理出现偏差,从而误导侦查工作。

| Abstract: | The consequence of valid proofs is a process to generalize the proof chain and reproduce the criminal objective facts from the knowledge or experience.Its veracity depends on the following aspects： weather the known facts and proofs are objective and true or not;weather the scientific principle and investigation experience are reliable or not;weather the investigators follow the correct logic thinking rules or not.Whichever aspect is wrong may cause the deviation in investigation and consequence and mislead the investigation work. |
