| 摘 要： | 1950年整风运动是中共执政党建设的开篇之作。这次整风运动的兴起,对于建国初期国民经济的恢复、新生政权的巩固乃至当代中国社会的发展具有深远的意义,是中共实现由“工农革命”思维向“为人民服务”思维、由阶级信仰向国家信仰、由政治斗争向经济建设三个历史性转变的起点。
