| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面探讨了教育的公正性 ,首先根据历史上教育公正观的四种不同形式 ,界定当今教育公正性的理念 ;然后从义务教育的现状重点分析义务教育是国家(各级政府)的义务还是家长的义务?指出义务只能是国家的义务;最后从教育公正的重要性方面提出了本文的制度性设想。

| Abstract: | The writer explores the fairness of education from three sapects.First,considering four different kinds of ideas on education fairness in history,the conception of fairness of current education is defined.Secondly,the present situation of compulsory education is analyzed,and it is determined as the obligation of the state instead of the parents.Finally,institutional suggestions are brought forward taking into account the importance of education fairness. |
