| Abstract: | We focus on the role that the trade union plays as a university in Tianjin new area,and take full advantage of all kinds of educational sources for the staff in every level,especially for the staff who live in Wan Ming apartment. The election to the staff's bookstore,golden medal team,and the executive worker in chief enrich the content of improving staff's quality. |
