| 摘 要： | 在指挥能力训练中应用想定作业,需要认真进行想定作业的主题设计、材料组织、方案制定及总结评估训练情况等诸项工作,以确保想定作业训练的有效性;要针对实战指挥中存在的问题来设定训练重点,研究实战中出现的新情况、新问题,不断充实想定作业,以增强其针对性和超前性;要充分使用现代技术手段来强化想定作业的训练效果。
