| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出要用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装全党和教育人民。这既是党的建设的一项重要任务，也是思想政治工作的一项重要任务。要武装全党和教育人民，首先必须对中国特色社会主义理论体系武装人的重大意义、科学内涵、基本内容，以及如何用这个理论体系教育人的问题，有一个正确的认识和深刻的理解。

| Abstract: | It was advanced in the Party's 17th Congress to arm people's minds with socialist theories of Chinese charateristics.It is not only an important task in the construction of the Party,but also in the ideological and political work.In order to arm the whole Party and educate the people,we must have a right and profound understanding of its great siganificance,scientific connotation,basic contents and how to adopt such a theory to educate people. |
