| 摘 要： | 关于民主政治,有三个认识难题需要破解。第一,民主政治果真对经济发展是有积极作用的吗?第二,如果民主政治对经济发展有积极作用,为什么以经济活动为本位的人类社会没有一致地(至少是短期内一致地)选择民主政治?第三,民主政治的建立究竟需要那些最重要的条件?

| Abstract: | About democratic politics, three understanding difficult problems need to be analyzed and explained. First, whether the democratic politics are positive to economic development in democratic politics. Second, if they are positive to economic development, why the human society who takes economic activity as standard has not chosen democratic politics unanimously (unanimous shortly at least)? Third, what are the most important condition of the setting-up of the democratic politics on earth? |
