| Abstract: | The unification of insisting on the party leadership, the people as the host and rule the country by law is the most precious experience of socialism political construction since reform and opening - up. The precious experience concludes the wisdom and pains of several generations of Chinese communist in the process of leading the socialism political construction, reflects the profound understanding of the Party towards the basic rules of socialism political construction and is the basic principle of promoting the political system reform and developing socialism political civilization. |
