| 摘 要： | 西北区域开发主要依托广袤的土地和丰富的自然资源，是一种只注重经济和政治效果的传统资源指向型开发模式，造成了西北地区森林、草原的破坏，水土流失加重，环境趋于恶化等严重后果。本文在对西北区域开发模式进行分析的基础上，针对西北目前特殊的区情，提出西北地区应转换开发模式，走可持续发展道路的建议。

| Abstract: | The development of northwest region relies on the vast majority of lands and rich natural resources. It is a traditional development model that pay attention to the economic and political achievements, which led to destruction of forestry and grassland, the serious lose of water and the worsening of soil and environment. Base on the analysis of northwest region development model and its special locality, the paper suggests the transformation of the developmental model into a sustainable one. |
