| 摘 要： | 本文以重庆市开县麻柳乡的改革经验为范本,用解剖麻雀的方法,总结出服务型政府的四大行为要素:问政于民,决政于共,行政于和,监政于公,认为这四大行为要素对于当前我国建设服务型政府意义重大,是党的传统工作方法的继承和发展.
