浅析当前中国社会工作教育发展面对的问题和挑战

近年来，中国社会工作教育得到了迅速的发展，但在发展过程中还存在着诸多的问题和挑战，主要体现在：社会工作专业化教育与社会工作职业化不相匹配；专业社会工作教育人员缺乏，教育者专业素质还有待提高；社会工作实习不规范、学生缺乏实践能力；教学内容与国情、社情缺乏整合性等几个方面。

Analysis of the Problems and Challenges Existing in the Development of the Current Social Work Education in China

In recent years, though China's social work education develops rapidly, there is still quite a lot of problems and challenges existing in the development which are reflected in the unmatching of specialized education and vocational social work, the lack of professional educators, the poor professional quality of the teachers, the lack of norms in students' social work practice and the lack of conformity to both the content of teaching and the real social situation.
