| 摘 要： | 推进公安警务改革,是深化公安工作改革的中心环节。《治安基层基础工作》教学应适应公安警务改革的需要,调整教学内容的侧重点。一要注重学生综合素质的培养;二要适应警务改革需要,培养学生做好社区群众工作的能力;三要从公安基层基础工作需要出发,加强学生实践能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Promoting the policing reform is the central sector in deepening the reform of public security work. The teaching of'Basic work at grass-roots level of public security"should adapt to the policing reform. So teaching stress should be adjusted. We must pay attention to developing the students' comprehensive quality, the ability to fulfill the work for the community masses, and strengthening students' practical ability. |
