| 摘 要： | 加强高校人力资源的开发与管理是新时期大力实施人才强国、人才强省战略 ,建设宏大的高素质人才队伍的客观要求。本文分析当前我省高校人力资源开发与管理的现状与存在的问题 ,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决方法与措施 ,以期对以后的工作有所参考。
