马克思主义经典作家的廉政思想及其现实启示

马克思、恩格斯在对空想社会主义批判继承的基础上,科学总结巴黎公社的经验教训,对无产阶级取得政权后建设“廉价政府”进行了科学构想。列宁在建设新型马克思主义政党过程中,尤其是十月革命胜利后,提出了以防范官僚主义、打击贪污受贿为核心的反腐倡廉建设思想,开展了完善检察制度、强化廉政教育等具体实践。马克思主义经典作家的廉政思想对于当代中国共产党人坚持全面从严治党,深入推进反腐败斗争,具有重要启示意义:一是继续加大反腐力度,强化“不敢腐”的震慑;二是深入推进法制建设,筑牢“不能腐”的堤坝;三是补足理想信念之钙,增强“不想腐”的自觉。

Integrity Thoughts of Classic Writers of Marxism and Their Practical Enlightenments

On the basis of the critical inheritance of Utopian socialism, Marx and Engels summed up the experience and lessons of the Paris Commune, and framed the “cheap government” when the proletariat obtained ruling power, both in a scientific manner. During the process of the construction of the new type of Marxist party, especially after the victory of the October Revolution, Lenin put forward some thoughts for the campaign against corruption and promoting integrity, the core being the prevention of bureaucracy, and the attack on corruption and bribe-taking, concrete practice in the perfection of discipline inspection and the strengthening of integrity education started. Integrity thoughts of such classic writers of Marxism are of considerable enlightening significance for contemporary Chinese Communists in their comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and further promoting the campaign against corruption: to begin with, keeping with the campaign against corruption to strengthen fear of “not daring to corrupt”;second, further promotion of legal construction to build the dam making it impossible to corrupt;thirdly, strengthening the ideology and faith for a strengthened awareness of “not intending to corrupt”.
