新时代中国廉政智库建设的现状、困境及路径选择

新时代中国特色廉政智库建设是推进腐败治理体系和治理能力现代化的迫切需要,是中国特色新型智库建设战略布局的题中应有之意,也是建构中国特色廉政学话语体系的重要载体。审视我国廉政智库发展现状,在肯定其取得一定成效的同时,也不可忽视其在智库机构、定位、人才、成果、经费等方面面临的制约与障碍,以及由此造成的廉政智库建设在应然与实然层面的明显差距。为此,中国廉政智库建设必须以《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》为根本遵循,坚持问题导向,找准自身不足,全面推进中国特色高端廉政智库建设。具体包括:转变治理理念、树立智库思维,营造廉政智库建设宽松氛围;确立精品战略、坚持质量为本,发挥廉政智库独特优势;优化用人环境、培养高端复合型人才,打造廉政智库特色团队;多渠道、少条框,强化对廉政智库建设的资金支持和使用;开展智库外交、搭建交流平台,提升廉政智库国际影响力。
