| 摘 要： | 国际陆海贸易新通道是中新两国根据新形势的需要,在中新(重庆)战略性互联互通示范项目框架下共同提出的具体倡议,得到了两国政府和企业的认可和支持。国际陆海贸易新通道对于连接"一带"与"一路"、促进中国-东盟互联互通、发展中新关系、构建中国对外开放新格局和带动相关省区的发展均具有重要意义。为实现可持续发展,国际陆海贸易新通道的建设要协调好各方利益,并将其建成一个不仅限于中新两国参与的开放性合作平台。

Study on the Construction of the International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor in the Belt and Road Framework |

| Abstract: | The International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor was an initiative within in the framework of the Belt and Road, especially the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Strategic Demonstration Interconnection Project. So far, it has attracted attention and participation from governments and enterprises from both sides. Generally speaking, the International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor will benefit the Belt and Road Initiative, China-ASEAN interconnection, China-Singapore relations, as well as China’s opening up and relevant local development. To achieve these goals, the International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor should be an open and inclusive cooperation platform not just limited to China and Singapore. |
