创新巡视方法:利用大数据锻造巡视“利剑”

大数据具有海量性、多样性、快速性、价值性特征。一方面,在巡视工作中运用大数据有利于发挥巡视的震慑作用、提振反腐信心、引领巡视工作方向、科学预测和研判巡视对象;另一方面,巡视工作也面临着数据搜集难、信息未联通、管理技术不成熟的挑战。面对严峻复杂的反腐败斗争形势,应该通过开创大数据下的"精微"巡视工作模式、借鉴国外经验建立大数据研究中心、建立健全大数据预警机制这三条路径,锻造和擦亮反腐利剑,全面推进从严治党。

Innovation with the Means of Supervision: an Effective Supervising Tool Making Use of Mega Data

Mega data is characterized by magnanimity,variety,promptness and values.The application of mega data in supervision,on the one hand,benefits the deterring function of supervision,enhancing the faith in anti-corruption efforts,guiding their direction,previewing and learning about the individual to be supervised scientifically,and on the other hand,supervising efforts are challenged with difficulties in data collection,isolated information,and immature management technologies.Severe and complex situations being present,efforts are to be made along the three paths of“detailed supervision”mode with mega data,establishment of mega data research centers to be exampled from foreign countries,and the establishment and completion of the warning mechanism with mega data so that a powerful tool can be forged and sharpened for the comprehensive promotion of strict administration of the Party.
