腐败行为模型研究及其未来展望

已有文献较少研究微观层面的个体腐败决策过程,即腐败行为模型研究。在梳理腐败行为模型理论背景和有关概念基础上,介绍了这一模型所构建的个体从事腐败行为前的四阶段决策过程理论框架,分析了模型中个体动机、意志、认知和情绪等多种成分对腐败的影响机制。总结该模型在个体、情境和组织等因素影响腐败的有关研究中的应用现状,结果表明,相对于宏观因素,个体因素对腐败意图和行为的影响可能更具有决定性。最后提出了腐败行为模型的研究展望:进一步完善理论框架,深入探讨模型中各有关变量的作用机制,对情境和组织层面的腐败影响因素进行整合。

Model of Corrupt Action and Its Prospects

The decision-making procedure in individual corruption cases has been devoted relatively insufficient efforts in existing researches,i.e.research into the model of corruption behavior.Based on the combing of the background of model theory of corruption behavior,the paper is an introduction to the four-stage decision-making procedure of the model when the individual is involved in corruption,an analysis of the mechanism of how motivation,will,cognition,and emotion and other elements affect corruption.A summary of relative studies into how individual,environment and organization affect corruption in the model suggests that individual factors may be playing a more decisive role in corruption intension and behavior that factors on the macro level.There is a then into the future studies within the area of corruption model: further consummation of the theoretical framework,deepening the study of the function mechanism of relative variants,and the integration of affecting factors on the environment and organization level.
