| Abstract: | The multinational corporations'FDI increased rapidly since the reform and openness.Their activities of research and development in China are quite lively and then have both the positive and negative influence on Chinese technical innovation.This paper discusses mainly the negative influence of the multinational corporations'FDI on Chinese technical innovation,analyzes the reason of causing the negative influence and raises the corresponding countermeasures. |
