中国传统礼仪对维护社会治安的当代价值及其实现

作为制度规范的中国传统礼仪,虽然早已随着清王朝的覆灭而中断,但作为其内在精神追求的礼义不仅没有消失,而且以礼义、礼俗的形式仍顽强地存活在国人的日常生活之中,无时无刻不在影响着人们的思想和行为,并且随着我国社会的高度发展越来越彰显出自身的价值。如何继承曾在中国漫长的历史过程中发挥过重要作用、现在仍发挥重要影响的传统礼仪文化,以此来化解当下我国社会转型期所面临的各种错综复杂的矛盾纠纷和社会治安问题,维护社会和谐与稳定,需要在汲取先人智慧的基础上,通过对传统礼仪的现代性转换,建立当代社会主义新型道德体系,不断弘扬社会主义核心价值观,以充分发挥礼仪在完善个人道德修养、和谐社会关系、凝聚民族精神、维护社会秩序的价值功能。

The Contemporary Value of Chinese Traditional Etiquette in Maintenance of Social Order and Its Realization

As a institutional norm,although Chinese traditional etiquette has already been interrupted with the fall of the Qing dynasty,as courtesy of its inner spirit pursuit,it has not yet disappeared. Instead,it still stubbornly survives in people’s daily life in the form of etiquette and custom,affecting people’s thought and behavior and increasingly reflecting its own value with the high development of our society. How shall we do to inherit traditional etiquette culture which has played an important role in the long historical process and still plays an important part in China in order to solve various intricate disputes and social order problems in China’s social transition period and maintain social harmony and stability? Based on ancestral wisdom,we need to build a contemporary new socialist moral system through the modernity transformation of traditional etiquette,constantly promoting the establishment of the socialist core values,in order to give full play to the value functions of etiquette in improving personal moral cultivation,harmonizing social relations,condensing the national spirit and maintaining social order.
