面向21世纪的警察学历教育改革

在新的历史时期,人民警察队伍将以何种素质迎接挑战备受人们关注,而警察素质的提升又离不开警察教育的改革和发展,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善以及全面建设小康社会步伐的加快,社会经济的发展和执法方式的变革对中国警察教育提出了越来越高的要求,我们试从警察教育尤其是争议较多的警察学历教育存在的理由着手,探求在社会主义计划经济体制下成长起来的警察教育模式存在的合理性及其与现实的矛盾所在,从而探求面向21世纪的警察教育改革之路。

The Police Education Reform for New Century

It is being paid attention to how police to face all kinds of challenges in 21st century. However, the promotion of police quality must be connected with the development and the reform of police education . With gradually improving of the socialism market economic system and society progress, the development of social economy and the model of enforcing law increasingly demand Chinese police higher education. How does it adapt to the change is worth studying. We'll analyze the reasons and the conflicts of police higher education set up from planned economy, and try our best to find a good way on reform of police higher education facing 21st century.
